In addition, it will also be considered by several other organizations if you meet their scholarship requirements. So, a complete application will give you the opportunity to compete for several different awards. Please see the website for specific requirements for each organization's awards.
Before you begin: A complete application requires:

  • An essay – about 250 words or 1 page. You can enter it below, attach a file to this form, or fax or mail it to the Scholarship Committee at the address at the bottom of this form.
  • Your high school transcript. You can attach a file here, or fax or mail it to Scholarship Committee.
  • If you're already in a post-secondary school, submit BOTH your high school transcript and your post-secondary school transcript. You can attach the files here, or fax or mail them the Scholarship Committee.
  • At least one Reference letter. Note that some organizations require more than one reference letter and/or a reference letter from one of their members. You can attach file(s) here, or fax or mail them to the Scholarship Committee.
